Frequently asked questions
Planning a meeting, conference, incentive trip, or group tour in Estonia? Below are answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn’t covered, contact us and we’ll be glad to help.
Book as early as you can — ideally 6 to 12 months ahead for larger conferences and incentive groups, as the best venues and hotels in Tallinn fill up quickly, especially in peak season (May–September) and around the Christmas market period. Smaller meetings and short group trips can often be arranged on shorter notice. Send us your dates and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Estonia works year-round. Late spring to early autumn (May–September) brings long days, mild weather, and easy access to the coast, islands, and national parks, making it the most popular season. Winter brings a cozy atmosphere and Tallinn’s Old Town Christmas market, with easier venue and hotel availability. We’ll help you pick dates that fit your goals and budget.
Every program is tailor-made, so pricing depends on group size, season, hotel category, venues, activities, and length of stay. Instead of fixed packages, we build a custom quote around your brief. Share your requirements and we’ll prepare a detailed proposal.
